Shipping is calculated upon checkout. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.
We are unable to refund or replace lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incue a re-shipping fee.
Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.
